Google Bad Review 1: The stylist scratched my neck with the clippers. The salon staff are friendly enough, but my hairdresser (Peter) was rude and butchered me and my hair. Firstly he rushed the cut, leaving it looking uneven. When I asked him to take more off my fringe he told me he wouldn't and I'd have to do it myself!! I couldn't believe my ears, I'm paying for a professional to cut my hair, and I'm being told to trim my own fringe?

To top it off, he scratched my neck with the razor, leaving it red, raised and sore. He broke in the skin in a few places, I've never had such a terrible haircut experience. They cancelled my treatwell appointment so I couldn't leave a review there, and passed me from person to person when I tried to get a refund form them.

Google Bad Review (2): Called earlier to see if there were any free slots. There weren't any but i was told I could come in for a drop in appointment. I asked specifically if there was a chance I wouldn't be seen, and the woman on the phone said that I would have to wait half an hr but would be seen. I turned up at the exact time she suggested and was told that the place was closing and there was no one available. Fair enough, if there's no staff available then there's no staff available, but you can't tell customers to take time out of their day to then be turned away. I wasted over an hr round trip and thoroughly disappointed.
