Google Bad Review 1: Genuinely upset over my haircut. I came to the salon a few weeks ago as I was flying out of London for a while and wanted a fresh new cut (my hair is straight bob) I read the reviews and immediately booked! First off let me say, the staff is beyond nice and make you feel extremely welcome and valued. Now to the bit the matters… my hair cut is actually horrible. It’s extremely uneven and because I have short hair it shows a great deal! I asked the stylist for some texture but didn’t expect him to actually cut strands of my hair in all kids of lengths following no pattern whatsoever. I’m unable to wear my hair straight at all because it actually shows what a bad job it is. As soon as I left I knew something was right as he blow dried it into this weird shape so I explained myself to the gentlemen at the reception and immediately said that they would make it better. At this point I thought the problem was just the styling.. WRONG. Came back they just changed the styling by curling it a bit and I was off to catch my flight. I didn’t realise how bad it was till I washed my hair. I’ve given it time hoping it would somehow grow or look better but it’s been 3 weeks and it’s so horrible. Waste of 70£. Worst hair cut I’ve ever received. Actually contemplating chopping it off even though I specifically told the stylist I was trying to grow it out.

Google Bad Review (2): Really unprofessional!
I booked a consultation 10 days in advance. Once I was there I was told by the receptionist that the hairstylist was sick and she asked if I wanted to rebook for the next Monday. I asked why nobody called me to cancel the appointment and the answer was: ‘I don’t know’. Come on! Really?!? She didn’t even try to apologize. If you don’t respect your customers time you should have customers.
