Google Bad Review 1: Your Home Property Management contracted a company to refurbish the communal areas of our flat in Goodmayes. All flats paid 16k in total for what looked to be about 4k worth of work, they have not provided a record of where the money has been spent and we are talking even supplies. I am shocked, at the poor quality of work. I have found them slow in their responses and have had to chase them up about 10 times whenever I have had an issue. I would not recommend them.
The company tried to justify the work that was carried out and said we were late in telling them there was an issue. Funny thing is it was their job to check that the communal area was in good condition. Why else do we pay a service charge? Didn't even provide us with the regular cleaner that was promised to the previous directors who lived in one of the flats.
The contractor that was hired had basically agreed to do the job using the same quote that was provided by a previous contractor who had pulled out. What we didn't realise was that this was the contractors first job (and they were hired by YHPM). At the time the works were carried out we complained time and time again that things weren't done properly but the contractors barely fixed it each time we came back to review (so if YHPM wouldn't fix it then while the contractors were present why would they fix it later when we complained the first time 7 months later NOT 18mnths. We were told 6 months was latest we could complain). We could see the YHPM thought we were being picky but if it's a 16k paid for job it should be perfect no?
The only reason we finally signed off on the work was because the directors from the flats was trying to complete the sale of their flat. We hired better builders from MyBuilder AND did some DIY ourselves to make our own home look professional. We should have just done the same and saved all the flats a lot of money.

Google Bad Review (2): AVOID AT ALL COST. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner of the company has no interest in doing his job and if you raise any issues with him instead of trying to resolve them he tells you to find another supplier.
