Google Bad Review 1: I live at a property managed by these agents. Our primary contacts, Paul and Emma, are incredibly unresponsive. Emails go unanswered for weeks – if not months – even those regarding urgent repairs and maintenance. Phone calls and text messages go unanswered, despite multiple follow-ups. Paul exhibits a condescending attitude and, in general, behaves with contempt for the freeholders and leaseholders of the property they manage. Avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2): Mark Pearse was a terrible agent to meet and speak to. His attitude was very condescending and he knew nothing about the property he was letting. Very poor at his job, didn't try to sell anything, lack of effort throughout, thought he knew it all but clearly didn't. I wouldn't want to spend a £1 with this agency and I don't know how they're surviving with such lazy un-driven staff. I could've done a better job in a tracksuit. I will be staying away from this lazy agency.
