Google Bad Review 1: Extremely rude over the phone. Not helpful. Absolutely clueless about GDPR laws. Based on the way i was spoken to I would not recommend this company. Arrogant.

As mentioned to you, I was not requesting owners information. Was asking if you have serviced the vehicle throughout it's life. There was no need to be rude. As a business owner I would suggest reading up on GDPR Laws.

Google Bad Review (2): I visited for a timing chain issue diagnosed from another garage and engine light fault on my Mini Cooper. Very quickly and confidently they diagnosed engine light fault was due the valve cover and replaced it at a cost of £500. When I collected the car it sounded exactly the same (rough idle). Then I took the car back with exactly the same issue and error code. 2nd time they diagnosed that it was due to carbon build up which they cleaned with a spray. Again the car sounded the same and I was not very happy to pay another fee for not sorting out the issue. Owner lost his temper.1 day later the light appeared again. Misdiagnosis I guess can happen from non specialists but the guy never accepted it, he was very rude and aggressive (one of the owners, the other was very polite on a previous visit) from day 1 when I challenged it the new cover will fix the issue. The issue was dealt by a specialist by adjusting chain at £50 cost
Further reviewing to reply to owner which was kind enough to reply but he is mispresenting the facts. I did consider to buy an after market cover but we agreed that the owner would buy the genuine which he did thus the £500 bill. In both cases the light re-appeared the next day not 1 week after. Phil never mentioned that they used another cleaner just the one I proposed. I didn't refuse the pay the bill the 2nd time only mentioned that I am not happy to pay another £200 when the same fault was there and the owner lost his temper immediately. Both works carried did not rectify the issue or offered any improvement.
