Google Bad Review 1: Very unprofessional in terms of service and communication. Check out report had numuourous discrepancies, including some complete lies. Tried to speak to them about this and was met with an extremely rude response.Inflexible when it came to carrying out the check out so had to be done without me present. So many discrepancies my landlord had to go and carry out further checks himself. Definitely biased with the estate agent and charge for this ! Complete scam of a company.

Google Bad Review (2): No letting go is a company with very unprofessional staff. The person they sent to do the check out inventory came 20 minutes late (without notice for being late) and was shutting the doors to our face so we could not see what photos he was taking. He was selectively taking photos (e.g. he took photo of a small scratch in the kitchen-which was there from the previous tenants- with the flash on and claimed that was severe wear and tear). In addition, in his photos, there were stains that were not there when we left the flat: he entered the flat with this shoes on and stepped on the carpet with socks on-which he seems like he rubbed on the carpet judging from the photos he took after we left the flat. The house was professionally cleaned (from the highest ranking cleaning agency according to google reviews) but he refused to add this to the checkout inventory. I strongly discourage to hire this company. No-one needs an extra headache from people who are inconsiderate, unprofessional, biased, and have no sense of punctuality.
