Google Bad Review 1: I have never, EVER, seen, heard of, or experienced such a lack of professionalism & maturity toward a customer, from one particular member of staff there called Bev. As a healthcare professional, I know exactly how to converse with people, & I am still trying to comprehend how someone in a position of professionalism & by definition that consists of polite behaviour, could behave the way he did.
A discussion was brought up whilst I was being tattooed by my tattooist, which Bev decided to get involved in. It became fairly heated. Despite persistent attempts of personal attacks, I tried to dismiss the whole thing, & put the conversation to an end.
However, without stimulation, even when the argument had dissolved from both sides, & he could see I was upset, his determination to continue the argument was apparent. The tattooist wanted to finish the tattoo, it took me a long time to get this appointment, I wanted it finished; it's what I came in for & was paying for. But he refused to let him finish & told him to ”get her out”. Especially being a woman, this is very intimidating & this is not good practice.
No discredit to the tattooist, but due to Bev refusing to let him finish me, I have to keep my arm covered until my appointment I've booked elsewhere as it looks so messy. He made me walk out of the shop with bits of my arm half shaded, with patches untouched. This was all over an opinion he didn't agree with me on – that's unheard of in a workplace. Of course I hold my hands up to getting frustrated, but this due to his continuous provocation.
This is simply my honest review of my experience. Everyone else has been more than welcoming. My issue was with Bev, no one else. I've never seen anyone behave the way he did in a working environment.

Google Bad Review (2): Walked into this shop with my friend today to get piercings, then asked if they had any pictures for ear piercings and got told no and to look on Google in a very rude manner. By the end we asked if we pay before or after and the man replied in a very rude sarcastic way. Also got told to hurry up and decide. Do not recommend at all.
