Google Bad Review 1: Our experience at the Harry Potter Tour was a disaster. The guide Debora, started later than 15:00 and the whole tour only lasted 1 hour and 22 minutes (the add said 2 hours), however we felt grateful that it was over after suffering the guide's aweful broken English that ruined most of the info provided. Seriously, these things should be run by someone that can speak good English!

Google Bad Review (2): I wished I didn't join Rob's Harry Potter tour. Wasted my time, could' ve used that cold afternoon and long walk somewhere else (or different tour) I didn't enjoy the tour, it was a big group plus add that to the usual London noise, you cannot really hear Rob's voice. He should've use microphone or speak loudly. There were other groups behinds us and I could hear the other guides more than Rob. Anyway, I carried on l but i find it so boring that I did not finish the tour, but I thought I'd let Rob know that I was off to somewhere because before the tour begins he mentioned, if not wanting to finish is to let him know for security reason so he'd know. I didn't want him worry so i ran towards to him (whilst the group were walking to next stop) and quickly thanked him and told him i was leaving, he also said his thank you and quickly said, “We do expect donations?” i misunderstand what he said at first as it was quick and the froup was moving so i responded “i am coming back with my friends (as my friends were supposed to be with me but was late) BUT he gave me the most unpleasant smirk and turned away. How rude! I realised after the smirk what he said. He did say, pay accroding to what we think it's worth. Well, I did not enjoy, was boring for me so i didn't think it's worth something BUT if he was hinting it in a nice way could've give something.
