Google Bad Review:  Shocking! I placed a booking for me and a mate to do the 3 peaks. All paid and booked only for them to turn around and say you cant do it as its corporate day. Nothing was advertised on the website. All booked and equipment hired through another company. Deposit paid. Registration submitted and accepted.
Only for them to say no you cant do it. I complained about this as theres nothing on the site to say that its a corporate day and only certain people can book this. It shouldn't let you book it in the first place let alone finalise everything.
All they said is you can re-book it on these other days. Its not as simple as that. You try to do good for charity and this is how you get treated. Makes you wonder why bother! i sent an email voicing my concerns expecting an apology or a discount booking or compensation for the hiring of equipment and all i get is my email ignored…And them sending me a email saying we aren't authorising me and my mate doing this and we are refunding you your money. What a joke of a company! Charity company not showing that they care! Should be ashamed!
And they said that they are going to put a AD or a pop up for future people bit late now!
