Google Bad Review (2): walked him showed the manger and the tattoo artist what i wanted said it was fine and quoted me £150-£180 and i paid my £20 deposit and booked in and e-mail my image to them. the day before i get a call from tattoo artist asking if we can push it back by 30 mins which i agree to and i ask and he states they have e-mail of it. on the day i get a text saying he is running 15mins behind which turns out to be 30mins. then he stats they never got the e-mail i show it was delivered from my end and show my receipt. he goes on to make excuses i ask why he told me he had it the day before and why i was not informed prior which he couldn't answer. i find the image on google and he goes and prints it, the whole small image on a A4 paper to which i was surprised and states i wanted it dotted, i tell him its massive and i wanted it drawn and shaded, also the image is on the opposite side and needs to be transferred to which he asks me to do it on Microsoft word, i tell him you cant you can only rotate. he starts getting rude and complains it will take him an hour to just draw out, i state i dont mind going and getting a bite to eat and coming back, i ask him if they have a card machine he says no only cash so i make sure the amount is the same to which he changes to £250 i explain what we arranged and discussed he says its harder than he though and shows me a picture on the wall of something that would cost the original agreed price (The image was on and angle of princess across a whole arm with lots of shading) i told him that looks a lot more difficult than my eagle wing i wanted. any i leave to get the cash and have food but i am so angry and livid at the very poor customer service and lack of interest and the running of the company i do not want this person to touch my body let alone tattoo it. i come back and ask for my deposit back he stated he dosnt have the cash on him so i tell him i will come back another time, i went back yesterday and he still dint have my deposit and told me i keep coming in the morning it was 1pm i asked him to go cash point and get it he refused and told me to come back i told him i live 20mins away and that this is the 2nd time he has not been able to give me my money back, to which he started swearing and continuing his unprofessional behavior i left my bank details for him to put it in today which he said he would do so i don't have to ever go to that horrible place again but not the manager has said the refund needs to be the same as method of payment so i need to go back and collect it, its strange how such a run down, unprofessional and very poor customer service place can uphold a professional retail rule for refunds, but little to say they have just , made my life more difficult, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
