Google Bad Review 1: Extremely poor bedside manner. An uncomfortable experience.
From your first rude phone call with the older female receptionist, to being greeted with a door in your face telling you to wait in the cold for 30 minutes.
The vet Georgina seemed as though she would rather be anywhere else than speaking to us about our concerns.
Honestly unacceptable from a veterinary clinic, people coming here are worried about their pets and receive such bad service.

Google Bad Review (2): I took my cat after i noticed he was dehydrated, however they insisted that he is ok and there is nothing to worry about. Later in the day i noticed that my cat is still dehydrated and seems depressed, turned out he was intoxicated and they failed to find out. Took him to emergency hospital where they administered IV for couple days before we had to put him to sleep. Stay away from this place.
