Google Bad Review 1: My dog needed a blood test. They took him to the back. My mother and I waited patiently in the waiting area where we could hear a dog crying/howling. We didn’t know at that point it was my dog. 15minutes passed and we started to worry but he finally came out. He had two bandages on his little arms and a shaved neck. My dog has had his blood taken before so I found it strange that it took so long and that he had so many bandages/shaven areas. The vet lady called Rachel came out with him and said it wasn’t possible because he wouldn’t let them because he’s too nervous and his gains are too fragile. I thought she was joking. I have a 4kg pomeranian who doesn’t even bite and has had two surgeries, and two bloods done. How can a professional not take blood for a tiny dog? Ok. I was charged for the consultation but not the blood test which I still thought was stupid because the consultation was just me asking for a blood test which could have been done on the phone. When I got home I decided to take off his bandages because I thought they were unnecessary. His arms were full of blood. I started to cry. I had never seen my baby look so uncared for. I will insert the pictures below. My dog is a very energetic dog. He hasn’t left his bed for the past two days because of how traumatised he is. 15 minutes to take no blood? What the hell happened in there?

Google Bad Review (2): This particular Medivet branch refuses to process direct claims to your pet insurance. Instead they demand (in an incredibly rude way) that you pay the full amount up front. This is fine when you're paying £50-£100, but ridiculous when dealing with large sums of money (£500+). The fact that they try and sell you pet insurance on their phone wait line makes this “policy” extraordinarily egregious.
My advice: go somewhere else, unless you have £3K fluid.
