Google Bad Review: Last Saturday 11/09/21, I had a quote for my car. I explained that I couldn’t sell the car on the day as I was waiting for my new car to be delivered the following Thursday (15/09/21) and the fella I was speaking to was accommodating, said it’s fine and that he will keep the quote live for a week. He also said that I can pop in anytime without an appointment to finalise the sale of the vehicle as I already committed to this. So today, I did just that. I rushed there after work at 18:00, I saw someone there and told him the situation from the previous Saturday. He said they are running a bit behind and will be around 10/15 minutes so I told him that’s fine, I can wait as I just needed the car to go. So I waited and waited and waited and the guy decides that he wants to get in his car and drive off leaving myself, my young child and my heavily pregnant wife just standing there. To say that I was angry is an understatement and that’s just putting is politely. At least have the decency to tell me from the start that it may not be possible to sell the car today or if I could be booked in for another day. This is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to leave us all there and not say anything. I am looking to take this further and hopefully speak to someone with some honesty. I’ve sold 2 other vehicles to this lot before but after this one, I will never use them again and I strongly advise anyone else not to.
