Google Bad Review 1: I regret to have a one-star review of this business. I connected to them on Chrono24, an online platform for buying timepiece. Yes, I asked a series of questions – authenticity, originality of all parts, punctuality, and two video clips for clasping – and they agreed with quite a good price, which I was grateful. The video clips, however, were too short and shaky to exactly see the details of the watch and reflecting the lightings of the store.
Eventually, I found the differences between the items in the photos and video clips they'd sent me – the logo of SWISS below the Roman number 6 and the position of P (for Piaget) on the surface of clasp. I asked them if they're sure that the items are identical, and if not, which item they would send me. Then, they just stopped the deal with the message – “We've decided not to sell the watch to you, good luck with your search with other dealers in the world.”
Buying a luxury watch online is highly risky, and it doesn't make sense for you to decide purchase by watching short and shaky video clips. If they'd been confident with the product, why wouldn't have they even given me any explanation and just ended the conversation? Why wouldn't have they asked me what the difference is or addressed my misunderstanding, if any?
Their last message was surprisingly rude. “All you are doing is asking questions and discount and wasting our time. Don’t you have anything else to do in life ? Pls don’t enquire about any of our product…”.

Okay – 1) not every other day Don't exaggerate. I'm not such a crazy customer 2) not 30 or 40 requests. Much less “questions” all about authenticity, punctuality and mechanical issues as it's online. Multiple? Two blurry videos as you misunderstood my first video request on “clasping” 3) Yes I appreciated your discount offer, but showing me your faith is also your obligation 4) True nature is what you just showed me. Don't describe your customer as insane with such revengeful comments.

Google Bad Review (2): After ckecking my Breitling watch carefully for some time, they gave me a quote of £2.5K. Just in an hour when I came back to them they changed their mind to £1.5K!!!
They also said their quote wont be valid if I come back the day after and they might offer even less.
