Google Bad Review 1: Before chosing Victor Michael agents, I read the reviews and seemed very positive. There were many positive mentions about the agent Jay. Due to these reviews I asked the agent to come and value my property as I would like to put it on the market. However, I was/am very disappointed with this agency. An agent by the name of Jay came to value my property and that was about it. I never heard from him again. He did not contact me to give me feedback and valuation as I would like to put my property on the market. I called the agent twice to speak to Jay. The assistant I spoke to said she will let Jay know and ask him to call me back. Did not hear from him at all. Very unprofesional. I wouldn't mind if the agent is not interested in taking on my property, but at least let me know. This just shows he could be bothered about it.

Google Bad Review (2): I wouldn’t recomend. We moved from the flat on 1 of August. We left the flat at it was when we moved in , and they still didn’t give us back the deposit. Is end of November soon and we are still Waiting for 900£. Be carefully with them.
