Google Bad Review 1: Terrible, overpriced company. Extremely slow in responding to customer queries. Haven't had a working TV in my flat since November due to signal issues with the communal dish, which during the coronavirus lockdown has been a nightmare, in 4 months they have not managed to get a contractor out, they're completely useless.

Google Bad Review (2): The claims Haus makes on its website are not, in our experience, borne out by reality. The company managed our block (a new build) for almost three years and resigned last week with immediate effect leaving a long list of unresolved issues and no budget for the 2018 service charge.
There was minimal communication with leaseholders, every problem was attributed to the freeholder and our emails to the Managing Director and Senior Property Manager have been ignored for the past year. It is impossible to deal with a company where even the MD does not follow complaint handling procedures.
