Google Bad Review:  Dealt with Vivek Sharma who was really rude. When I called to say I was disappointed he didn't call me as he said he would to arrange a viewing his response was that he's “busy and has a lot of people to call” and then said he'd “pass” on showing us a flat. Not really the apology I was expecting, not a great representative for New Space or the landlord he's working on behalf of and not the sort of behaviour you'd expect from an Assistant Manager……bad example for the people that work in his team. Training on how to deal with customers is required.
