Google Bad Review: All of the staff were pleasant and friendly except for the individual who said her name was “Lewi” I found her to be very disingenuous with her act of caring and very rude during the communication she had with me and has either extremely poor listening skills or has an agenda of her own
She was very rude in asking questions but not waiting for me to answer, cutting me off each time in mid sentence and not giving me a chance to ask questions of my own and she was constantly interrupting and even went a gear up and started overtalking me when i tried to explain Santanas situation properly
I have two cats in the same environment for years eating the exact same food and treats and breathing the same air. I flea bombed my home and 4 hours later i brought in my younger cat Sandy as he is a house cat and 2 hours later Santana came inside where i gave him a Johnsons flea pill
Within the hour of swallowing the pill Santana started having laboured breathing and was panting like a dog…Sandy was just fine running around enjoying his life with absolutely nothing wrong with him as the only difference was that Sandy was not given a pill
“Lewi” claimed that Santana was ill because of the flea bombs and i was trying to communicate to her that i didnt think so as my other much younger cat was fine and that it must have been the Johnson flea pills as i have NEVER used them before but have used the flea bombs before and my cats have been fine
Instead of using her listening skills, she instead decided to keep interrupting me and almost trying to force me to bring my healthy cat Sandy in for treatment (Bearing in mind aprox 8 hours had passed) when there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with him, which made me wonder about her competence and also wonder if my cat Santana was treated for the right thing
I could not get a word in edge way with this “Lewi” and decided to just shut my mouth and let her continue to talk as she became seemily arrogant and hostile when i told her i was not bringing my other cat in, ignored what i was saying and just rambled on about her concern when in fact if i felt Sandy needed to be seen on this monday morning, i could easily go to PDSA around the corner from my home. Why she kept insisting i bring him to her in Harrow is still baffling me…
Santana has screws in his groin and back leg and if any sort of pressure is put on tha area he will growl in pain. Santana had all four of his legs shaved in attempt to put a drip in and i can only imagine the anguish he went through when they messed with his leg
Lewi or how ever her name is spelt should really spend more time LISTENING instead of drawing her own conclusions about the behaviour of MY cat and allow people to talk so they wont have to come here to complain when the rest of the staff, especially the one who initially opened the door for us was so genuinely nice and respectful and pleasant
On borrowing their phone to call a taxi, another large employee came out and could clearly see me using the phone but yet asked me if i was finished with the phone. There was such an undertone of hostility , that i took myself and my cat outside in the cold and waited the hour for the taxi to arrive
