We were struck by how efficient and mindful of the cost of his time he was, and also by how clearly he set out what he was doing, and consulted us where appropriate. He made a point of making sure any questions we had were answered, and gave us detailed advice on post-repair actions to mitigate leak damage and follow-up issues. He followed his visit with a detailed email setting out what he'd found and repaired, complete with photos. Highly recommended.
