Google Bad Review (2): I reached out to the managing director for a proposal for a development I was looking to do. We exchanged several emails and he confirmed interest in bidding. He later followed up with a question and confirmed when I would received the proposal.
I never received anything and followed up to see if there was an issue and again…. heard nothing.
I found this unprofessional and a waste of my time.
