Google Bad Review: Unfortunately our experience shows they are more interested in progressing their own portfolio rather than addressing what the client is looking for in a new home. Came across as friendly and engaging, but it became apparent they are happy to dismiss the wishes of the client, not listening to feedback, with an attitude that they are spending your money to do as they wish for their own aims. Also a constant lack of attention to detail was unexpected. Overall, very frustrating, disappointing and a lot of lost time meaning we had to start again – it put us back 6 months.
