Google Bad Review 1: The room was poorly cleaned, there were hairs in the stairs and in the corridor. It needed to be vacuumed. The cleaning spent less than 20min in the room cleaning. And on the last day came asking if i was ready to go 1h and half before the time of the check out.

Google Good Review: I was looking for somewhere to stay in London for a week and didn’t know where to start. I usually stay in hotels for business trips but decided I wanted more space. I’m fairly unfamiliar with serviced apartments but my account manager Megi listened to what I needed and sent me some great options. The apartment I chose is perfect and I’m looking forward to using Urban Stay again in the future.
