Google Bad Review:  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The experience I have had with this company has been horrible. These people have been unprofessional, rude and irrational. In my dealings with them I have had to face a monument of frustration. Furthermore, Mr Asad Riaz was a very brash man who was completely unreasonable throughout and would always have to have the last word BUYER BEWARE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO AVOID FRUSTRATION AND IRRATIONALITY!!!

After the owner's reply I felt compelled to respond to their further slanderous lies. THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW OF AN INTERACTION I HAVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY:
Further to my previous review, what the owner failed to mention is the fact that they provided 5000 leaflets and provided maps for 20,000, However he did not have the decency to acknowledge that, being the stereotypical ruthless estate agent that he is and when all those 20,000 properties didn't receive a leaflet, Mr Asad Riaz started throwing a tantrum due to no fault but his own. Our company went above and beyond and bent over backwards to accommodate them knowing that it was for a charity. However Mr Asad Riaz chose to spin a web of lies in his reply and cower behind fake excuses to make himself look good (much in the stereotypical manner). ALL THIS MAN IS INTERESTED IN IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE TO PAY A BUSINESS FOR THE SERVICE IT PROVIDED, HE WANTED A FREE SERVICE AND LASHED OUT WHEN HE DIDN'T GET IT. BEWARE, ETHICS AND RATIONALITY ARE NON-EXISTENT IN THIS COMPANY!!

THE REASON THEIR CAMPAIGN WAS A SUCCESS IS BECAUSE OUR COMPANY DELIVERED ON THEIR CONTRACT IN FULL!

PS: All you had to do Mr. Riaz is acknowledge the truth and this situation would have been avoided but you chose to act irrationally and lash out in a most unfair manner thus you are now reaping the fruits of your reprehensible behaviour.

Google Bad Review:  Edit in regards to response of 1star and explanation:
yes gateway letting have now stated that they are just finding agents however we were not made aware of this matter until after money had been paid and contracts had been signed.

When we moved into the property all things that had been agreed prior to move had not been taken care off, for example a dangerous broken glass mirror door which had come off the runners which we had to take care of ourselves.

Management do not seem to care about the welfare of tenants only financial gain and to save face.
Claimed mould and damp in property was due to neglect,when it is blatant it's a damp problem with the property as it is an issue within most of the flats in the building.

Rubbish at communicating properly and made moving on very stressful.

Unhelpful, rude, pushy, condescending and patronising.

If I knew what I know now I would have avoided from the beginning.

Noticed these as we left and called to complain as it clearly came from our stay (had stayed nowhere else together in that week). Was told to email when the manager returned on Monday and after several weeks of chasing, I was informed they would not refund us because we didn't report quick enough, despite being told to follow up in the week. Ridiculous and an appalling waste of £130

My husband and I have enjoyed prompt and efficient services whenever we contacted the agency, it's been almost 2years here as tenants in one of their properties and the ride has been smooth, easy and no hassle. Wouldn't have asked for a better property agency. I highly recommend

Google Bad Review:  Edit in regards to response of 1star and explanation:
yes gateway letting have now stated that they are just finding agents however we were not made aware of this matter until after money had been paid and contracts had been signed.

When we moved into the property all things that had been agreed prior to move had not been taken care off, for example a dangerous broken glass mirror door which had come off the runners which we had to take care of ourselves.

Management do not seem to care about the welfare of tenants only financial gain and to save face.
Claimed mould and damp in property was due to neglect,when it is blatant it's a damp problem with the property as it is an issue within most of the flats in the building.

Rubbish at communicating properly and made moving on very stressful.

Unhelpful, rude, pushy, condescending and patronising.

If I knew what I know now I would have avoided from the beginning.
