Google Bad Review: Awful experience – 2 of us stayed and both came away with bites from the hotel. Noticed these as we left and called to complain as it clearly came from our stay (had stayed nowhere else together in that week). Was told to email when the manager returned on Monday and after several weeks of chasing, I was informed they would not refund us because we didn't report quick enough, despite being told to follow up in the week. Ridiculous and an appalling waste of £130
