Google Bad Review (2): Was great at the time – Having an astigmatism in both eyes i was fed up of wearing specs. Had Lasik done in 2004, however it started to fail by 2014 and I was back to wearing specs.
Now in 2019 I find that the old Ultralase is no longer, which would explain why my numerous calls and emails were never answered, and a new company with the same name and access to my details has taken over, still nobody replied to my enquiries.
It was amazing for ten years to be able to see without specs, sadly it wasn't a long term remedy for me, which was what I was hoping for and I am now having to look at other costly options for my eyes. That said the lady i spoke to was as helpful as she could be as the very limited information on my file was so long ago.

Google Good Review: I had my lens replacement Surgery on 7th and 14th of October, in Harley street, with Mr Samir Hamada. It is amazing to be able to see without wearing glasses or contact lenses! Mr Hamada is the perfect gentleman, a true professional, an amazing Surgeon. The Staff working alongside were caring, friendly and immediately put me at ease, an amazing experience from start to finish, if you are thinking of eye surgery, I would definitely recommend this team of wonderful people at Ultralase/Optimax
