Google Bad Review: (Translated by Google) first of all I very much doubt his positive opinions, not transparent about their test prices, the worst medical center, I consulted the handocrinologist for my son concerning his thyroid, the handocrinologist Kevin shottliff, he asked for blood tests , my son asks them for the price of the blood test, they confuse him with “we must calculate after your blood test” they ask to take the coordinates of his bank card, so that they register it, they collect 1268 pound for just a blood test without counting the 260 pounds of the consultation, and the result is a nightmare, we receive the blood tests by mail, and a letter from the doctor summarizing the consultation, without taking the time to call us and explain the results that we do not understand, so I understood that this center is not professional, and their methods are not transparent, and their prices for blood tests are tripled.
I therefore decided to call the NHS the same week for another blood test, to our surprise the test clearly shows that my son has high thyroid, contrary to the test of this center, the doctor himself from the NHS told us called to tell us that the thyroid is high and I do not understand that the Kensington Chambers test proves to be the opposite, lack of professionalism, I request reimbursement for this excessively expensive and erroneous test.
I advise you against this medical center, never give your credit card before knowing the exact price, they bullshit you with words like you can't know, or, you'll get the price after the samples, why they don't have a system of payment by banking machine,!? well to keep your bank details and be served, in case you will not agree with the price, and you will refuse to pay for your blood samples.
the worst experience, it's not a French center, it's false information on the internet, it's a totally private medical center, neither the reception nor the doctor speak French, and no one speaks French, stop to pass off this center as a French medical center, they took more than 1400 pounds from us for just a visit and a blood test whose result is false, they do not communicate on their blood test prices by confusing you, and on it's just a private medical center.
before leaving this comment, we sent several emails to the center and to the handocrinologist, no response, which forced us to file this comment, do not make the mistake of taking your blood tests in this place, we had to warn because health is priceless it is unforgivable this error so gracefully paid, it is about the health of my son who is only 18 years old, to have the thyroid so high, and the tests announce it in mode normal, it's inadmissible, fortunately my parental instinct did not leave me indifferent, shame on you.

tout d'abord je doute fort de ses avis positifs, pas transparent sur leur tarifs des test , le pire centre medical, j ai consulté l'handocrinologue pour mon fils concernant sa tyroid, l'handocrinologue Kevin shottliff, il a demandé des test sanguins, mon fils leur demande le tarif des prise de sang, on l'embrouille avec “on doit calculer apres ta prise de sang” ils demandent á prendre les coordonnées de sa carte bancaire , afin qu'ils l'enregistrent, ils encaissents 1268 pound pour juste une prise de sang sans compter les 260 pound de la consultation, et la suite est un cauchmar, on reçoit les test sanguins par courrier, et une lettre du medecin qui resume la consultation, sans prendre le temps de nous appeler et expliquer les résultats que nous comprenons pas, j'ai compris donc que ce centre n'est pas professionel, et leurs methodes sont pas transparentes, et leurs tarifs pour les examens sanguins sont triplés.
j'ai donc decidé de faire appel au NHS la meme semaine pour un autre test sanguin, á notre grande surprise le test demontre clairement que mon fils a la thyroid elevée, contrairement au test de ce centre, le docteur lui meme du NHS nous a appelé pour nous annoncer que la thyroid et elevé et ne comprends pas que le test de Kensington chambers se revéle contraire, manque de professionalisme, je demande le remboursement de ce test excessivement cher et erroné.
á vous deconseillé ce centre medical, ne donnez jamais votre carte bleue avant de savoir le prix exact, ils vous baratinent avec des mots comme on peut pas savoir, ou, on aura le prix apres les prelévements, pourquoi ils n'ont pas de systeme de paiement par machine bancaire,!? eh bien pour garder vos coordonnées bancaires et se faire servir, en cas ou vous ne serez pas daccord avec le tarif, et vous refuserez de payer vos prélevements sanguins.
la pire experience, ce n'est pas un centre français, c'est une fausse infos sur internet, c'est un centre medical totalement privé, ni l'acceuil, ni le medecin ne parlent français, et personne ne parle francais, arretez de faire passer ce centre pour un centre medical français, ils nous ont prelevé plus de 1400 pound pour juste une visite et une prise de sang dont le resultat est faux, ils communiquent pas sur leurs tarifs de prise de sang en vous embrouillant, et sur le c'est juste un centre medical privé.
avant de laisser ce commentaire, nous avons envoyé plusieurs mails au centre et á l'handocrinologue, aucune réponse, ce qui nous a contraint á deposer ce commentaire, ne faites pas l'erreur de passer vos tests sanguins dans cet endroit, nous devions avertir car la santé n'a pas de prix c'est impardonable cette erreur si gracement payé, il s'agit de la santé de mon fils qui n'a que 18ans, avoir la tyroid si elevé, et les test l'annonce en mode normal, c'est inadmissible, heureusement mon instinct de parent ne m'a pas laissé indifferent, honte á vous.
