Google Bad Review 1:  They put in a scratched lens in my right eye and my vision is still double vision after the cataracts operation in December 2021..even sent back by Specsavers their own followup opticians to rectify the said lens and now they donot want to do anything making excuses.. Simply go to other private hospitals avoid them at all costs. Useless hospital useless staff useless doctors…

Google Bad Review (2):  I mostly had a good experience throughout, polite staff, Offered hot drinks, everything explained and all questions answered. However, on the day of my laser surgery the arrow drawn on my face to indicate which eye was to be lasered, was not removed on my being discharged. As you are waiting for a period of time you forget it is there but the staff can see it as they deal with you and see you out, so I suppose they find it funny – It's not! Shame, as this was a very negative ending to what would have been an otherwise excellent customer experience.
