Google Bad Review 1: Phoned today and spoke to a lady receptionist (think she said her name was Zaira/Farah/Sarah or something similar sounding) who had quite an accent. Was really interested in getting my partner to enrol hence had many questions – class flexibility, fees, course length, how to apply, exams to be taken etc. The lady initially was quite helpful and then started to speak really quickly that I had to say pardon a few times. Think this may have annoyed her and raised her voice at me and started talking over me when I politely asked her not to raise her voice at me and explained I was having a difficulty understanding what she was saying to which she kept insisting she was just trying to help but I thought in the worst way pssible . To UKSE management, I hope this is something you are planning on looking at as this person will intimidate all your potential customers amd perhaps existing ones. Thank you.
