Google Bad Review: ***AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ****The worst ever -Fail to show up, no replacement, The out of hours responder- let's call her ‘T' is the rudest aggressive non compassionate, unprofessional person I have encountered. My carer REFUSED to wash her hands, No PPE, No ID and became confrontational when challenged. I now have new carers had two visits and they have been great!!! Supreme need to urgently review their processes, retrain their staff NOW!
