Google Bad Review 1: Got a wax and a manicure and both were not great to say the least. Had to complete the wax job at home and the gel manicure started chipping the next day. It also ended up taking two hours instead of one. The lady that had to step in after the poor wax job was nice enough and offered a bit of a discount as well as a free shoulder massage (which I don't intend to come back for), but this really did not make up for the experience.

Google Bad Review (2): I had a CoolSculpting treatment on my inner thighs at Treat Beauty a few weeks ago, costing well over £400. The treatment was a complete and utter waste of money.

The therapist appeared to have barely ever used the machine, taking ages to set it up. She used the smallest applicator (it looked like the facial applicator), which covered less than half of the area that needed treating, which slipped after being applied as the pipe to the machine was pulled too tight. She also admitted that she put the machine on a very low setting, which appeared to be doing very little.

The room where the treatment was held was woefully inadequate – it was so small that the therapist tripped over the cord for the CoolSculpting machine and pulled the plug out of the the wall, interrupting the treatment.

Post the treatment I was told to expect some bruising and tenderness – I had none whatsoever because basically the machine was doing absolutely nothing at all. As expected, I have had no results from the treatment and don't expect any to magically appear in the future.

If you want this treatment go to a professional clinic with properly trained staff and adequate facilities.
