Google Bad Review 1: I used to rate them before they became Covid paranoid. I'm all for being precautious and going by the rules to protect each over, but it has become too much. I have been forced to wash my hair for months and pay for it before my cut because apparently the government said so, and even though all Covid restrictions have been dropped they continued to force me to do it. I decided to give them another chance as I do rate the hairdressers but I was forced to wear a mask or leave, which by now has become a personal choice. Want to keep your staff safe? Mandate vaccination, test regularly (it's free) and – if they are paranoid – make them choose if they want to wear extra PPE. Don't force your clients to wear something that is now a personal choice to ‘keep them safe'. I'm very well capable of taking care of myself thank you very much.

Google Bad Review (2): I generally do not like to complain and had previous good experiences at that salon, where the staff has been friendly. However, my last experience was not good.
I went in for highlights and ended up with what looked like uniformly coloured hair after a toner was applied. My hair was badly damaged and the colour turned out quite mousy and brassy (on my whole hair). I had to go to a different salon to get it rectified and they couldn’t understand what had been done with my hair – just that it made no sense and that it was a job badly done that left the hair quite damaged.
Had the problem been explained to me, i would at least have understood. Mistakes happen; we are human. But when i voiced concern that my highlights had all but disappeared, it was dismissed. Colouring hair requires skills and experience. If you don’t have those, you shouldn’t work unsupervised at a hair salon. It really is unfair to customers. My hair wasn’t even styled when i left, just quickly blow dried and i left feeling i had on the whole been treated rather unprofessionally.
Needless to say, i was underwhelmed by the whole experience and won’t ever go back.
