Google Bad Review 1: Worst support in the world. Phone options send you round in circles. No one knows what they're doing.. I love spending hours being passed from one page to another than back at the first once was as much help as a chocolate fire guard. I'll I need it this phone that I've been on for years is take out of my daughter's name. Must be such difficult thing as no one can deal with it

Google Bad Review (2): ohhh boy… such a poor customer service. I ordered a new sim card because I bought a new phone, my old card was the wrong size. They said to me it comes in 2 days at the latest. A few hours after ordering, they turned off my old sim card and I could no longer make any calls or use the mobile internet. As far as I know, an old card is turned off when you get a new one and activate it. I corresponded with their support during the chat (because they disabled my sim card) they offered me a call to the customer relations team (how? My card is disabled). Finally offers a drive to 3 local stores (but I'm on self isolation and I'm working from home). Today is already 5th day and I still haven’t gotten a sim card, so I’ll break all the rules and go to a local 3 store to get a sim card.
