I love spending hours being passed from one page to another than back at the first once was as much help as a chocolate fire guard. Google Bad Review (2):  ohhh boy… such a poor customer service. I ordered a new sim card because I bought a new phone, my old card was the wrong size. They said to me it comes in 2 days at the latest. A few hours after ordering, they turned off my old sim card and I could no longer make any calls or use the mobile internet. As far as I know, an old card is turned off when you get a new one and activate it. I corresponded with their support during the chat (because they disabled my sim card) they offered me a call to the customer relations team (how? My card is disabled). Finally offers a drive to 3 local stores (but I'm on self isolation and I'm working from home). Today is already 5th day and I still haven’t gotten a sim card, so I’ll break all the rules and go to a local 3 store to get a sim card.
