Google Bad Review 1: Whilst I can’t dispute the quality of the tattoo artists (did not end up receiving one), the customer service and our experience at the Halloween Flash Day was shocking.
Me and my partner have got a few Halloween flash tattoos now from various studios and were excited to visit Three Kings for the first time this year as we loved the designs available. We took time off work, arranged travel, pet sitting etc and waited for 4 hours in the rain to then be told when it was finally our turn that it was arms and legs only per ‘terms and conditions’ that were on the previous Instagram post. Before going to the flash day, I read through the terms and conditions and the comments where someone clearly asked ‘Is it arms and legs only?’ to which they replied ‘Doesn’t have to be on the arms and legs no’, hence why we decided to go!
We was then told it’s up to the artist, who I overheard say he did not mind. To then be told again that actually per the nonexistent ‘terms’ we couldn’t. Once again, ignoring the fact they stated it didn’t have to be arms and legs. I had the terms up on my phone along with the comment yet it was being ignored.
The poor customer service at the studio made us feel as though we were the ones in the wrong, and no accountability was taken for the misinformation on their part, and no apology. Whilst we didn’t pay for the tattoo, the expenses of taking a day off work, travel and pet sitting adds up, let alone waiting around. It’s frustrating and upsetting to say the least, and disrespectful of our time.
After leaving we then received a phone call about how we can come in on the next walk in day, we was about to get on a train home. I then replied via Instagram to explain we already have had expenses related to it, and can’t afford to take yet another day off and pay for tattoos that we should have been able to receive in the first place, and was then ignored.
I am really not one to complain and have visited multiple tattoo studios and Halloween flash days now, but the experience was very disappointing to say the least!
