Google Bad Review 1: Unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn't trust them to provide a dress.
Booked an appointment here and was really excited for my first trip to try on wedding dresses with my Mum. Less than one week before the appointment they cancelled on me by text message! Apparently they had an “urgent fitting” – even if that was true, at least do me the courtesy of speaking to me in person (I checked no missed calls and I wasn't out of reception). How unprofessional and disrespectful towards me. Needless to say I will not be re-booking an appointment when I have no faith that they will fulfil it and if I did buy a dress from them that they would actually follow up to deliver on their promise on time.

Google Bad Review (2): I went in early July and I had booked in advance. One staff member was off sick so they told me they were understaffed to explain the following. However they still had two staff for a small shop.
I was kept waiting for 20 minutes. It was a very hot day and we weren't offered a drink at all.
When they did finally see me, all the dresses were too small. I picked 4 dresses out, and I could only get one on! Considering I am a size 10-12 I think this is very odd. It made me feel very uncomfortable, and the assistant kept telling me I had ‘shakira hips' and that is why nothing would fit.. quite upsetting and didnt make me feel good about myself at all!
To top things off when trying on a dress they asked me if I wanted to show ‘my mum'! The girl I was with was my brothers girlfriend who is 8 years older than me… surely the first rule of wedding shop etiquette is never assume it is the mum???!
They were rude, and made me feel fat and not special at all!! NOT recommended!
