Google Bad Review 1: I imagine this is a fantastic bed, however, without the correct screws I will never get to enjoy its wonders. It arrived without instructions and with parts missing. When I requested the absent screws be sent in the post, I was met with both reluctance and bafflement. After reiterating that not all the necessary screws were in the box, more were sent out, but sadly still not the ones I needed! I imagine blissful sleep in my new bed but that sadly feels like a pipe dream at this point.

Google Bad Review (2): Bad communication you order then have to chase and chase, they are unable to commit to a date for delivery then finaly advised this week, after more chasing. So 7 1/2 weeks after ordering finaly told it has been sent to courier who have advise they will call in upto 12 days to fix a delivery in for after that date as I need a small van. I had checked prior to ordering that this would not be an issue, and then checked again once I ordered ….. so god knows if their beds are any good my guests are sleeping on the floor ….
