Google Bad Review 1: I have read some fantastic reviews of Dragons of Walton Street, however unfortunately my experience with them was not so fantastic. Myself and my partner are expecting our first baby in February 2014 and wanted a Beatrix Potter theme for the nursery. We made a visit to the store as we were aware of the bespoke service they offer, advertised on the internet and their own webpage. We spoke to a very helpful assistant in the shop who we advised we wanted some cot bedding as shown on their website, we picked out some fabrics and she took our details and advised she would get a quote over to us shortly. We received an email shortly after requesting some measurements which we sent over, to be then told we would be better off with a local company due to more information that would be required i.e. size and number of slates to name one of them. To be offered a bespoke service and to advertise this on their website is appalling, the price of the bedding is not cheap which reflects a bespoke service as more work is involved and this is understandable. If a business decision has been made to not make any cot bedding for cots that are not sold by Dragons of Walton Street, then i would suggest all staff are updated as well as the website to save new parents to be on wasting their time.
