Google Bad Review: Worst experience especially with Admin team member named Snow. Called them several times for my child's blood test reports, but this woman gave wrong advice of calling the hospital myself to chase it up. Finally had to make an appointment with their GP to chase up who said they would get back to me. Still nothing! Utterly useless! Now I am having to go private but will make sure to get them the attention they deserve! Will now be making a formal complaint to the commissioner soon
