Google Bad Review: I wouldn't normally write reviews on Google but this is a special case. I arrived in the morning to this surgery to gain an appointment on the same day as I was feeling some pains in my back, chest and arm. I was greeted at the door with a sign that says “Surgery closed for electrical work – 08/06/2019”, the date was 10/06/2019. They receptionist were so lazy that they did not even take these signs off which was causing confusion to other people. I walked into the GP as it opened to be greeted with “The booking system is not working”. I wavered on an was given an appointment at 13:30. I left my work place early and traveled 1 hour(I work near Kings Cross) to arrive at the surgery 13:10 mins ahead of time. After waiting for about 40 mins, I became concern so I spoke to the receptionist where she informed me that the doctor was running late with a patient. Not an issue, I was happy to wait for another 10 mins when I was then called to see the doctor. After speaking to her for 5 mins, she quickly deduced that I needed to go to BLOODY A&E!. So I wasted about 2 hours whilst being away from work just to be told to go to A&E!.
I went to a private GP(WHICH I PAID FOR!) where I was seen straight away and was told that the pain I was feeling did not warrant a visit to A&E, I was prescribe some medicines and as I am writing this review, I am feeling a lot better.
I feel as though the doctor who saw me rushed through my consultation just to make up for her falling behind and could have taken more time to look at the issue before diagnosing me with “Visiting A&E”.
P.S: Turns out it was just muscular pains, not a HEART PROBLEM as she mentioned.

Not very informative receptionist.
Would not recommend
They really need a new practice manager or restructure, otherwise they would keep getting negative reviews.
