Google Bad Review 1: I cannot recommend this shop. I took my Trek in to get tubeless tyres fitted properly after my failed attempt but 1 week later found both tyres deflated, pumped them up again and all seemed fine, for 2 days and deflated again. Kept doing this thinking it might be the valve core, so ordered some off amazon. I tried inflating the tyres and found air coming through the relief hole in the rim. At the same time all of around 80ml of sealant made its way out of the tyres and onto my floor. So I cleaned that up and decided to pop the tyres out of the bead (no sealant in them now anyway) and found the rim tapes coming up and what seemed to be one further loop of tape on top of what I'd put in.
So in total I was charged £20 for tyre fitting, £16 for sealant £2 for valve o-rings and £18 for tubeless tape.
I feel like I've been taken advantage of and will NOT be going back there again.

Google Bad Review (2): I went in for a broken shifting cable and the guy looked at my bike and said it's in terrible shape and needed to replace the whole drivetrain and quoted me £150 to replace the casette, chain ring, and even the chain (£30), even though I told him it was a brand new chain I'd just replaced myself, literally a week or so ago. He claimed that according to his chain checker tool it was already 30% worn (he lied because I have the same chain checker tool and tested it later and it wasn't even at 0% worn, because it's brand new). He was very insistent and said that it was either that or nothing, that's the only way they would work on my bike. Of course I walked out of there immediately the moment he gave me the quote and went to another shop nearby and without any input from me, the second guy looked at the bike and quoted me £65 because of course the chain did not need replacing, and the chain ring he said was “borderline” so they just replaced the casette and cables and tuned it up. I can't imagine why the first guy wanted to replace the chain other than that he was just going to pocket the money. BRAND NEW CHAIN, people. I checked it and when I got home – same tool he had – literally 0%. No sign of wear.
