Google Bad Review 1: I’m far from a lash extension connoisseur, and had a painful application experience here, they needed checking because my eye was swollen and badly irritated, so I asked for a more gentle tech because I was going on holiday the next day, I didn’t realise this was so offensive!! But it was taken oddly personally. They were incredibly rude, and almost aggressive/intimidating (imo) to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable going to the salon to get the pain checked out.
However, by far the biggest concern to me is that I told them I was in quite a lot of pain, and they said it wasn’t a big deal, without even asking what the pain was like, or for any pictures. Degrading your customers feelings is gross, and eyes aren’t replaceable. As I said I’m no connoisseur, I had never experienced pain in my eyes like that, and to have it so readily dismissed was unnerving for me personally.
However, if you’re happy to be treated like that as a customer, then go ahead!! I prefer at least a tad of respect

Google Bad Review (2): I had LVL and an eyelash tint. Although my eyelashes looked good afterwards, I noticed that my bottom lashes hadn’t been tinted. My lashes also didn’t last very long and seemed to fall out. I found the people working at the lash lounge in Hemel Hempstead to be extremely unprofessional. They were clearly starting there Friday night early as a few girls had gone out and brought drinks, which seemed to be passed around the salon, with even my therapist having a swig. Maybe they think you don’t know what’s going on just because you’ve got your eyes closed! My therapist also asked someone to come in to check her work (which is fine) as “i’m not very good at this treatment” she explained! (Not fine). This didn’t exactly fill me with confidence. But If I’m honest she was far better than she led me to believe. Reaffirmed to me that you get what you pay for as they seem to be cheaper than anyone else.
