Google Bad Review 1: The parking situation here is totally unacceptable and absolute chaos. Driving around for 20-30 minutes to hope that you find a space meanwhile being very late or missing an appointment is just not acceptable for a private hospital. My family and I have been coming here for many years and this is the first time post-covid that I have attempted to attend an appointment. I can see that there have been changes for the worst. Whilst this review is not about the care which I have always found great, the experience and service (including facilities and parking) overall is equally important. I hope the feedback is taken on board- I can see this isn’t the first review about the parking situation and the difficulties it causes your patients

Google Bad Review (2): Paid £90 for my wife to see a GP – she was lovely and professional but £4.50 per minute is ludicrous especially as we weren't even there for the 20 minutes and the outcome was to be told to go to A & E.
My wife's finger had an infection which needed draining – the GP said it couldn't be done at the Holly as they don't have an A & E department, yet when we went to A & E at King George's Hospital, the GP who saw us drained the finger there and then.
Don't get me even started on the parking situation…
