Google Bad Review:  Just returned from Sainsbury Ward having spent 2 full days and one night there, the procedure itself was a great success and I have no issue with my consultant and his team. As for the Ward I have never seen such poor communication, ownership, leadership and lack of patient care. I do not propose to highlight every issue here but the major issues which I have to share with you are as follows.
1. I called for assistance using the call button and pushed this at least 10times over a 5 minute period before a nurse arrived.
2. This happened on 2 out of 3 occasions when I called for assistance.
3. After check in and completing paperwork I didn’t see anyone for over 2 hours. Complete silence until someone came into the room asking for my mobile number. Again.
4. Kitchen staff – I appreciate may not be your responsibility but they were awful. From asking me to order from the main menu while laying on a trolley by the lift on my way to theatre. I was on a liquid only diet after my operation for several days.
5. The waiting times were very long whenever I wanted something done, there was almost a that’s not my job attitude and I would wait again for the right person to arrive.
6. I made a verbal complaint and asked to see the senior person on the ward, this person arrived at my room as I was leaving and I made clear my dissatisfaction but wanted to just to get out of the hospital.

I will be contacting you formally with my issues / concerns for a full investigation to be conducted. You must improve your patient care. I am paying a lot of money to go private and expect far better.

Google Bad Review:  I worked with vivid beginning of 2020, I had issues with rude staff and payment problems from getting paid less on week I worked more hours than others to not getting paid my last payment and took weeks to receive it. (Multiple people I worked with at the same position with Vivid Healthcare also had issues with payment).

I had posted a 1 star review back in March 2020 in regards to my bad experience as I was not getting any response in regards to my issue with payments via e-mail. As soon as I posted the review I was contacted by Jacob and I was asked to remove the review and Vivid Healthcare would give me £50 bonus for taking down the review along with payment for my last week working with them.

This is one reason I do not trust the overall review for this company on google.

The reason why I'm posting another 1 star review for the company (this time they won't be able to bribe me to remove the review), is because they have now started to keep calling me since January.
I have told them multiple times I am not interested in working with them. And have asked them to stop calling me on several occasions, leaving a review seems to be the only way they will take what I'm saying seriously.

I got calls from the company over 3 days last month (Feb 2021) one day after another by different staff members as if being called by another person from the company the next day would change my mind working for them. The last call they didn't even state what company they were from straight away like they knew I would instantly say “sorry not interested” as soon as I knew it would be them.

I have asked multiple times to please stop contacting me, even said to put a note on system to not have anyone from the company call me. But I'm getting calls from them again.

PLEASE STOP CALLING ME! I have now blocked the company number to stop the constant calling as the staff seem to not respect being asked nicely to not be contacted.

I was told I wouldn't be charged the fee until the doctor had attended but that wasn't the case and my card was immediately charged £150. They could not find me a doctor so the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and never had a reply to my emails and obviously no refund… very frustrating when you trust companies like this when you need medical attention. Avoid.

Google Bad Review:  Horrible experience!! Don’t recommend to anyone!

Went to this clinic to support a friend during an urology appointment. The clinic called the patient asking to come in 2h earlier than originally booked. We arrived earlier, the receptionist was cold and unfriendly. My friend was called in just to wait in another reception room for another 2h without ever knowing when she would go in. I go and politely ask the receptionist how long it would take; without checking anything with arrogance as if I was bothering her she tells me the surgery would last 4h. I immediately panic as my friend did not go in for any surgery. so at this stage I have to insist for the receptionist to check on the system; she calls someone who tells her it would take another 30mins. She did not apologise or seemed slightly embarrassed by the appointment confusion and creating that much panic.

Very unprepared staff, zero empathy for the situation. Not the type of place that makes you feel welcomed.

The report from my friend on the urology department was that terrible care was provided all throughout it. Procedures were unnecessarily painful and too much exposure of the patient with too many people in the theatre.
