Google Bad Review 1: I booked the Glass House restaurant for my wife's birthday on Friday 16th March At 6.30pm, the food was terrible, my wife hardly ate anything and described it as the worst carvery imaginable. Of course being her birthday, upset me as I wanted it to be special. I did not want to cause a seen because of her birthday but felt the need to warn others that if it's a special occasion to choose somewhere else or be very disappointed. £162 for a very poor quality carvery isn't what I call fine dining. I'm assuming I will receive a reply from the Grove managements saying how sorry they are that it didn't meet my expectations and they look forward to seeing us again. Please don't bother as this will not make everything ok as you seem to think it will, it will only upset me further. Karl Warren
