Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all costs. Have been a few times and all great but just been and have been left with what I can only describe as the worst kind of joke eyebrows. Therapist hadn’t a clue what to do, can only assume she’s never done this before. One eyebrow is half missing and the other has only a few dark brown strands left with the oddest shape and eyes are stinging from a tint that didn’t take but was never washed off – just jabbed in the eyes a few times with a dirty mascara brush. Lovely therapist Sara tried to repair but owner would not admit any fault. No way can go back to work until they start to grow back so will Be hearing from my company’s solicitor.

Google Bad Review (2): I went to Greenwich Spa last year, it was a pre treat for my big birthday. All excited as this was my first time after long getting a facial done. At the start all was fine but while Melody was doing my pedicure, another staff member Sarah asked me to move as she had booked another appt by mistake. I didn’t mind as I thought the other woman only came for pedicure. But later I understood that Sarah only asked me to move, she could have easily requested the other woman to wait. I found this to be direct racism towards me. Sarah never said even sorry!! I was in tears that this happened in Greenwich. When I contacted them to complain the owner who is female said “I should grow up and not create drama, things happen, it was a busy time it’s been ages after pandemic!!! That made the whole scenario worst. I even emailed them but haven’t got a response. On top on it I was told my name will be removed from their list….Being living in Greenwich for years this had happened was shocking, everytime I pass this place reminds me of that day. My worst experience here, will never recommend this place…
