Google Bad Review 1: Really disappointed with the service. Was told to sit down and ended up waiting over an hour. The service was then priced wrong in the end which we had to pay. It was rushed as they keep letting people walk in and they obviously don't want to turn anyone away.

The response you have given is absolute nonsense. Last time we visited my mother was charged £15 for a stand-alone callus peel which YOUR staff recommended my mum should get done regularly. She was not forced to have a pedicure with this service. Now on this occasion you told us you never sell this product alone which is clearly not the case as we had it done and we were encouraged to have more. So why did your colleague recommend it as a stand-alone product. I was very clear from the onset what treatment she requested, even when they cut her nails I pointed out she only wanted the callus peel to which the guy had no idea what we were talking about. When I said callus peel he pointed to the orange nail varnish. Now if your staff are not aware of your treatments available they shouldn’t be carrying them out. I do not appreciate this response where you are accusing me of lying. Just to clarify yes I had a price list and no it does not price the callus peel In that leaflet and does not state you can only have it with a pedicure. I think being in a nail parlour for 3 hours for one pedicure (which lasted about 35 mins) is a bit excessive. I look forward to finding a salon that are upfront and transparent about their prices, timings and treatments.
