Google Bad Review 1: My MacBook Pro stopped working, would not turn on and I took it to Gadgets Lab. They said it was water damage and that it would cost me £60 to replace the connector. Two days later, I had my laptop back and I was ecstatic, as the other place I was going to take it to was going to take over a week to access the problem. When I got home, the computer did turn on and seemed to be working, apart for the cmd and the 0 key. I took the computer back to Gadgets Lab on Monday, they said they would call me the following day letting me know what was wrong. After a few days of no reply and me having to call them to get an update, I was told it was going to cost me £60 for a new keyboard, that would arrive Friday. Friday came and went, no attempt of contact being made. Today I called them, was told that the keyboard wasn't going to do and that it would cost me £250 to buy a new part that would arrive on Thursday. I told them to go ahead, because I really needed my computer. Thankfully, my boyfriend said they were trying to scam me and went with me to the shop to get the computer back. When I got home, the computer was working just fine, along with the keys they said they couldn't fix and had to order new parts for.
My advice: Be very careful with these guys and try to get a second opinion on your gadgets.

Google Bad Review (2): Had a problem with the graphic of my MacBook Pro. My previous graphic was of 1Gb they've replaced it with a MacBook Air 256Mg graphic without even telling me! Now my image performance and speed is terrible. Definitely not experts or professionals, what were they doing?? FRAUD ALERT!! Strictly not recomended.
