Google Bad Review 1: Yeah great experience if you are really rich. A small problem which could be fixed in 2hrs charged you £100 : ) and they will tell you how much to charge even if they haven’t check the computer yet : ) and no notification or confirmation emails at all.
Just be careful, especially Chinese students hhh.
If you can go to Apple store just go to official store first : )

Google Bad Review (2): Worst experience ever. It can take them over 7 months to fix any broken item. When they “fix it” it breaks again after a few months so is like money down the sink.They keep trying to “fix it” but the only thing they do is badly fix it so you will keep coming back and paying them money. Customer service is terrible: they don't reply to the emails. When you agree to meet them they show up 20 minutes late and the list goes on. I wouldn't recommend them at all. We are definitely not going to work with them ever again.
