Google Bad Review 1: This place is disorganised and unfriendly.
We booked an appointment at 12:00 arrived at 11:50 and stood at the entrance to the “shop” for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, we were offered a seat and sat there for another 20 minutes. After getting a little discouraged we asked someone how long it was going to be and the unlikely answer came back that they didn't know, we suggested a few options up to 1 hr and were greeted with a rather non-commital yes it could be up to an hour wait. In short I cannot recommend this place, if you want to go somewhere that is disorganised and have no idea when you're likely to get served this place is you. If you actually want somewhere that is happy to take you hard earned cash and fashion it into a beautifully crafted hand made artefact then look elsewhere.

Google Bad Review (2): I decided to purchase my wife an eternity ring to celebrate being together for 10 years. I booked a romantic weekend in London and part of the surprise a was a trip to Hatton Garden. As none of the shops had what we we looking for, we tried The Diamond Shop Ltd who said were able to assist us by making the ring from scratch.
After a total of 5 visits, we were given the opportunity to part with around £3000 for a tangled mess of metal which resembled an orthodontic brace suitable for sharks teeth rather than diamonds.
The claws were uneven, mounted in varying places on each of the 9 heart shaped diamonds and so large that they became the focal point of the ring.
To add to the disappointment, it became apparent that this was the first time the completed ring had been seen by the person we believed was making it.
All in all, they have ruined what should have been a wonderful experience and cost me hours of time given the 3 hour round trip we had to make for each visit!
What astounded us the most was that they handed us the ring believing that what they had made was acceptable.
