Google Bad Review 1: Misleading website information showing NHS but there is no option to book appointment for existing customer or register new ones. When I have called they told me is fully privet clinic.

Google Bad Review (2): I was attending regularly to this practice since 2 years for dental hygiene and was quite happy until the lockdown. In December I had an appointment booked for 22nd April and received an e-mail stating that the practice was closed in the last week of March. I summed my appointment was cancelled automatically. Just the day before the appointment I received the regular reminder SMS and an additional e-mail reminding my appointment. SMS and e-mail also said I will need to pay fees in case I don't show up. I thought they must have found PPE to perform treatments, as this problem was largely resolved at the time. I work in NHS and did not had time for confirmation call during working hours. I went there and saw that the practice was closed. Up to here they owe me apology but then this happened the second time. In the last week of May, I received an e-mail from the practice stating that I should wear mask, be on time and come alone if have an appointment. I thought they were open as government also announced opening of dentists. I booked an appointment on 11th June 9.30am (two weeks from the date of e-mail) from their online system and received an SMS confirming the appointment. When I arrived on time, alone and with my mask on 11th July 9.30am practice was closed again and there was another customer with 9.30am appointment in front of the practice waiting. We called the number on practice door and voicemail answered. Not deactivating online appointment system and automated several reminders when practice is closed is very irresponsible and caused deep frustration in my case twice. In addition to this, after 11th June failure they have sent me an e-mail saying that hygiene appointment charge went up from 65 pounds to 100 pounds covering also PPE fees. As an NHS staff I know how much PPE costs and this is nothing like 35pounds. Also I was there 2 times with confirmed appointment and they did not show up, basically they owe me two hygiene treatment fees for my time. This practice lacks moral values of responsible business and I will never attend again.
